Attentive Team Service (ATS), managing all aspects of a project, is provided on all service and repair project efforts performed by ATS. An individual Project Manager coordinates and directs the project effort from Purchase Order to final close-out.

AmertechTowerServices, LLC. Works on a team basis with the client forming focused, and integrated teams. Each project team includes an ATS Project Manager and specialists in the areas of engineering, procurement, and construction. This winning team ensures that the high standards of both ATS and its client are maintained and that all available recourses are utilized to the benefit of the project. The project team has a mutual goal (i.e. the safe and successful completion of the project).

The integrated project team is focused on the end result. This allows all team members to interact and promote the success of the project. Innovation is encouraged to support he project goal.

Utilizing the (Attentive Team Service) approach allows both the client and ATS to optimize resources to meet the shared commitment. The participants become partners in an effort to produce the desired result.

The Project Manager provides single point contact for both the client and ATS. The single point contact affords resolution of all issues both internally and externally. Questions of legal, technical, contractual, scheduling, financing, quality control, safety, design, performance, construction or commissioning nature are properly directed and addressed. Project team members are provided with timely, accurate and coherent feedback and responses to questions, and concerns.

The Project Manager is supported by a strong organization providing experienced assistance and support for scheduling, legal, finance, construction, engineering, and technical advice. Attentive Team Service does not rely solely upon the experience of one individual person but on the Team within the company.

The overall quality and safety of the final product is within the control of the project team. Quality control and quality assurance as well as safety of the many components and functions of the projects scope are enhanced when commitment to the successful completion of the project is the goal of the project team. Decisions are based on what is best for the entire project, not on what may be enough to meet the contractual requirements for individual components or functions
